Building

The building and areas of the company are designed with a sensible layout covering ISO as well as GMP standards. Food processing areas have adequate space for receiving and storing raw materials, quarantine, storage for starting materials, weighing, sampling, dispensing, processing, packaging and labelling of products.

The building has the following features:

Adequate Working Space and Layout Control : Adequately provided with working space to allow orderly and logical placement of equipment and materials to avoid the risk of mix-up between different drugs or components and control the possibility of cross- contamination by other drugs or substances and avoid the risk of omission of any manufacturing or control step.

Building Maintenance and Cleanability : Building is maintained to prevent entry of insects and rodents. Interior surface (walls, floors and ceilings) is smooth and free from cracks and permit easy cleaning and disinfection. The walls of the room in which the manufacturing operations are carried out is kept clean. The flooring is smooth and even so as not to permit retention or accumulation of dust or waste products.

Drainage and Electrical Safety : Provided with proper drainage system in the processing area. The electrical fixtures in the manufacturing area is proper and safe.

Fire Safety and Emergency Exits : There are fire safety measures and proper exits including emergency exit area.

Separate Drying Area : There are separate space for drying of raw materials, in-process products which require drying before packing. This space is protected from flies/insects/dusts, etc., by proper flooring and wire-mash window.
